– กติกาและเงื่อนไขในการเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแฟนไซน์
1. การซื้ออัลบั้ม จะต้องทำการสั่งซื้อจากเว็บไซต์ : http://www.zenithentthailand.com เท่านั้น
2. ผู้เข้าร่วมงานจำนวน 300 ท่าน จะถูกแบ่งออกเป็น
– Top Spender: จำนวน 10 ท่าน (โดยนับจากผู้ที่มียอดการสั่งซื้ออัลบั้มสูงสุด 10 อันดับแรก)
– Random: จำนวน 290 ท่าน (ทำการสุ่มหมายเลขคูปองตามจำนวนอัลบั้มที่สั่งซื้อเข้ามา โดยมี ยอดการสั่งซื้อตั้งแต่ 1 อัลบั้มเป็นต้นไป) สำหรับการสุ่มจะแบ่งออกเป็น แฟนคลับไทย 70% และคนต่างชาติ 30% ทั้งนี้เพื่อให้สิทธิ์แก่แฟนคลับไทยก่อน
3. สามารถสั่งซื้ออัลบั้มได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวน โดยในแต่ละอัลบั้มจะมีหมายเลขคูปองมอบให้ตามจำนวนอัลบั้มที่ซื้อมา
4. สำหรับ Top Spender จะมีการจัดอันดับ (Ranking) บนหน้าเว็บไซต์ และจะอัพเดทตลอดเวลา
5. สำหรับสิทธิ์ผู้โชคดี จำกัด 1 ท่าน / 1 สิทธิ์ เท่านั้น *ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนหรือโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นได้
6. ผู้โชคดีที่ได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงานแฟนไซน์ ทางทีมงานจะทำการหักอัลบั้มออก 1 อัลบั้ม เพื่อใช้ในการเข้าร่วมงานแฟนไซน์ ** เช่น หากสั่งซื้อจำนวน 100 อัลบั้ม จะเหลือ 99 อัลบั้ม โดย 1 อัลบั้มที่หักออกจะได้รับคืนเมื่อเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแฟนไซน์
7. ทีมงานจะประกาศผู้โชคดีที่ได้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแฟนไซน์ในวันที่ 18 พฤศจิกายน 2561 เวลา 18.00 น.
#ความพิเศษของผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมภายในงานแฟนไซน์
1. สามารถพูดคุยกับศิลปินได้
2. สามารถเตรียมกระดาษหรือโพสอิทเพื่อถามคำถาม หรือข้อความต่างๆให้ศิลปินได้
3. สามารถไฮทัช (Hi – Touch) กับศิลปินได้
4. สามารถให้ของขวัญ / จดหมายกับศิลปินได้ด้วยมือตนเอง
5. สามารถนำเครื่องแต่งตัว / เครื่องหัว มาแต่งให้ศิลปินได้ เช่น เข็มกลัด, ที่คาดผม, กำไล, สายรัดข้อมือ
6. สามารถนำกล้องทุกชนิดเข้าภายในงานได้ และสามารถถ่ายรูปได้ตลอดระยะเวลาของกิจกรรมแฟนไซน์
7. เมื่อแฟนคลับไซน์เสร็จแล้วสามารถกลับมานั่งชมกิจกรรมแฟนไซน์ต่อจนกว่าจะจบงานได้
8. กิจกรรมงานแฟนไซน์นี้จะเป็นรูปแบบเดียวกับที่ประเทศเกาหลี *จำกัดผู้เข้าร่วมงานเพียง 300 คนเท่านั้น!
#ความพิเศษสำหรับ Top Spender 10 อันดับยอดซื้ออัลบั้มสูงสุด
1. ได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแฟนไซน์อัตโนมัติ
2. ที่นั่งในกิจกรรมงานแฟนไซน์ แถวแรก ติดขอบเวที ดีที่สุด และใกล้ที่สุด
3. ได้รับสิทธิ์ถ่ายรูป “คู่” กับศิลปิน และพูดคุยกัน อย่างใกล้ชิด
4. ได้รับ Special gift สุดพิเศษท่านละ 1ชิ้น โดยรับเองกับมือศิลปิน
(สำหรับกิจกรรมถ่ายรูปคู่ และ Special gift จะเริ่มก่อนงานแฟนไซน์)
– รายละเอียดและขั้นตอนการจองอัลบั้ม (เงื่อนไขและข้อกำหนด)
1. ผู้ที่ต้องการซื้ออัลบั้ม จะต้องเข้าไปลงทะเบียนสมัครสมาชิกที่หน้าเว็บไซต์หลัก
http://www.zenithentthailand.com (ผู้ที่เคยลงทะเบียนผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้แล้ว สามารถใช้ยูสเซอร์ (User) เดิมในการล็อคอินได้)
หากได้รับสิทธิ์เข้าร่วมงาน ผู้รับสิทธิ์จะต้องเป็นคนเดียวกันกับชื่อที่ซื้ออัลบั้มในระบบเท่านั้น *ไม่สามารถแลกเปลี่ยนให้กันได้
2. ในการจอง 1 ครั้งสามารถจองได้ครั้งละ 1 – 10 แผ่น โดยต้องชำระเงินเข้ามาก่อนถึงจะทำการซื้อเพิ่มได้ (ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้งที่ซื้อ)
3. การรับอัลบั้มสามารถเลือกได้ 2 แบบ คือ รับเองบริเวณหน้างาน หรือเลือกบริการจัดส่งทางไปรษณีย์ (EMS) โดยเริ่มจัดส่ง 15 ธันวาคม เป็นต้นไป
4. เลือกวิธีการชำระเงิน
4.1 (กรณีเลือกชำระด้วยการโอนเงิน) ***แนะนำ*** วิธีนี้จะทำได้แม่นยำที่สุดและไม่มีค่าบริการเพิ่มเติม ระบบจะสรุปรายละเอียดการซื้อมาให้ กรุณาโอนและแจ้งโอนในเว็บไซต์ภายในเวลาที่ระบบกำหนด (ภายใน 2 ชม.) มิฉะนั้นจะถือว่าสละสิทธิ์ในการจอง ออเดอร์ของท่านจะถูกลบออกจากระบบทันที
4.2 (กรณีเลือกชำระผ่านบัตรเครดิต, เดบิต) จะเข้าสู่ระบบของการตัดบัตร ต่อไป (มีค่า Service Charge เพิ่มเติม 5%)
4.3 เข้าสู่หน้า ‘ตรวจสอบรายการ’ เพื่อแจ้งโอนเงิน หรือ ดูสถานการจองของคุณ
5. กรณีเลือกชำระด้วยการโอนเงิน หลังจากที่ผู้จองได้แจ้งโอนเงินเรียบร้อยแล้ว เจ้าหน้าที่จะตรวจสอบยอดเงินที่ท่านโอนเข้ามา โดยใช้เวลาในการดำเนินการประมาณ 24 ชม. ผู้จองสามารถตรวจสอบสถานะการจองของท่านได้ที่หน้า ‘ตรวจสอบรายการ’ หากสถานะการจองยังไม่ขึ้น ‘เสร็จสิ้น’ หลังจากเวลาที่แจ้งโอน 24 ชม. กรุณาแจ้งกลับมายังเจ้าหน้าที่ทันที
6. สามารถเข้ามาตรวจสอบหมายเลขคูปองได้ที่หน้า ‘ตรวจสอบรายการ’ จะสามารถเข้ามาตรวจสอบได้หลังจากสถานะเสร็จสิ้นแล้ว โดยประมาณ 5-10 วัน (หมายเลขคูปองจะขึ้นตามจำนวนอัลบั้มที่ท่านจองเข้ามา)
7. เก็บหลักฐานการโอนเงิน ได้แก่ สลิปโอนเงิน (**แนะนำให้ถ่ายเอกสารหรือถ่ายรูปไว้ป้องกันการเลือนลางหรือสูญหาย) และรหัสจอง ไว้ให้ดี เพื่อนำมาใช้ยืนยันในการรับอัลบั้ม และเพื่อป้องกันการแอบอ้าง ** หลังจากที่ผู้จองกดส่งข้อมูลการจองอัลบั้มแล้ว ผู้จองไม่สามารถแก้ไขข้อมูล และยกเลิกการจองได้ทุกกรณี และทางทีมงานไม่สามารถทำการคืนเงินได้ หลังจากที่ได้ทำการซื้อไปแล้ว

– Terms and Condition for KIM DONGHAN ‘D-NIGHT’ EXCLUSIVE FANSIGN EVENT IN BANGKOK 2018
1. The Buyers have to purchase album only at http://www.zenithentthailand.com
2. The 300 participants will be divided into
– Top Spender: 10 persons (Based on the top number of purchased albums)
– Random: 290 persons (Random by the coupon number of purchased albums. The buyers can purchase one album onward). The random will be Thais 70% and foreigner 30%.
3. The Buyers can purchase unlimited albums and the amount of coupon number will be based on the number of purchase albums.
4. The website will show the top spender ranking and update all the time.
5. For the winners, limited to 1 person per 1 rights only *Cannot exchange or transfer the rights to other persons.
6. For the winners, Staff will deduct one album from the total amount for attendance fansign event. ** For example, the total amount is 100 albums, it will be left for 99 albums and one album will be returned at the fansign event.
7. The winners will be announced on 18th November 2018, 6:00PM (Local time)
– The special privileges for participants in the fansign event
1. Allowed to talk with the artist
2. Allowed to give the post paper (Post-it) for asking questions or texts to the artist.
3. Allowed to Hi-touch with the artist.
4. Allowed to give the gifts to the artist by hand.
5. Allowed to dress up to the artist (such as brooches, headbands, bracelets, wrist straps).
6. All types of cameras can be used. The participants can take the photos all the time of fansign event.
7. When your signing is over, you can come back to your seat and watch the event until the end.
8. The form of fansign event will be the same way in Korea event. * Limited to 300 participants only!

1. Automatically join the fansign event.
2. The seat for the top spenders will be on the first row.
3. Can take the exclusively “Selfie (1:1)” with the artist.

Order Information (Terms and condition)
1. The Buyers have to apply for membership at http://www.zenithentthailand.com
The winners must be the same person who purchased the album. * Cannot be exchanged the other persons.
2. Each person is entitled to purchase a maximum of ten (10) albums only per order and the prior orders must be purchased only. (For the number of order of purchase is unlimited)
3. You can pick up your albums at the venue or choose delivery service.
Delivery starts 15th December 2018.

4. Choose payment method
4.1 Bank Transfer **Recommended** as this is very accuracy and no additional charges
> system will provide all order summary (the Reservation code, Total Payment Value, the Bank Account Details and time frame that the member has to pay for the ticket).
After the payment is made, please DO NOT forget to go back to ‘View Orders’ menu and confirm date/time of money transferred at within the given time frame (within 2 hrs.). Otherwise, it will be considered that the member cancel the reservation. So, the reservation will be automatically cancelled from the system. The organizer will not be responsible on this cancellation.
4.2 Credit Card, Debit Card > System will redirect to credit card system, Service Charge 5%
4.3 Choose ‘View Order’ menu, to view your ticket status.
5. For Bank Transfer payment method, after the Buyers confirm the payment details via website. The Ticket Officers will review the payment within 24 hours. The member can check status again after 24 hours submission by login to the View Order menu.
If the purchased ticket status is not confirmed on system then, please kindly contact the ticket officers immediately.
