สรุปรายชื่อศิลปินผู้ชนะรางวัลในงาน Melon Music Awards 2019
งานประกาศรางวัลที่แฟนเพลง K-pop ทั่วโลกรอคอย Melon Music Awards 2019 หรือ MMA 2019 ครั้งนี้จัดขึ้นเมื่อวันที่ 30 พฤศจิกายน ณ Gocheok Sky Dome กรุงโซล เกาหลีใต้
ในปีนี้ศิลปินวง BTS คว้ารางวัลแดซังจากงานนี้ได้ถึง 4 รางวัล ได้แก่ Artist of the Year , Record of the Year , Album of the Year และ Song of the Year อีกทั้งยังคว้ารางวัลยอดเยี่ยมในสาขาต่างๆอีก 4 รางวัล ได้แก่ Top 10 Artist, Netizen’s Favorite Artist , Kakao Hot Star และ Best Dance – Male ถือเป็นศิลปินกลุ่มแรกที่สามารถกวาด All-Kill รางวัลแดซังทุกรางวัลได้
